Through my five years at Sterling Bay, I have undertaken and extensive numerous brand and design efforts for a variety of projects, including asset brands, events, web materials, internal and external company communications, and an expansion of the Sterling Bay identity.
Updated Sterling Bay Brand
Over the course of a year, I worked closely with management to refine and shift the companies corporate identity and existing brand guidelines to a more sophisticated voice while maintaining the unique and innovative reputation Sterling Bay has strived for.
Coded standardized investor communications
In order to form a more consistent update cadence with company investors, I coded a live e-blast template to be accessible throughout the company and ensure standardized communications. The template is headed with a custom GIF communicating the continued developments of the firm.
Current Company External Newsletter Design
Current is Sterling Bay’s quarterly external newsletter, updating our partners through e-blast on the latest news and developments coming out of the firm. The newsletter was designed with the intention of expressing a more editorial, high-touch identity. The custom header GIF offers a play on the title.

Benefit Bash Identity
Sterling Bay’s annual Benefit Bash has raised over a million dollars to benefit Misericordia, engaging hundreds of professionals and figures across the Chicago real estate and business industry. In 2019, I was tasked with developing the creative identity for the event, and translate the branding to various production, promotional, digital, and hard materials, ensuring a cohesive and all encompassing event identity communicating the celebratory mood of the vent.
